This award for IDIA means that they stand above all the available airports across the world in terms of customer satisfaction and service at the airport. As per DIAL CEO, Mr. I Prabhakara Rao it is the happy moment after winning this award and will further boost the morale of everyone at this airport.

Along with this precious award, the airport also won another accolade 1st prize in Kaizen Competition under the Renovative Category.
