Yes that’s somewhat a movie title and somewhat true! You go to Goa and you feel you are Gone!! The place is utmost bliss and you don’t even need a second to fall into its trap! I have visited Goa many times, and almost seen the entire state. Cannot imagine that this tiniest regions in India is a popular tourist hub and people just need an opportunity and they would leap at it! The place is absolute heaven for ones yearning for a vacation and it is now a popular wedding destination too! I ended up visiting Goa with my friends and we stayed at the famous Alila Diwa, one of the best resorts in South Goa. The place has impeccable service and hospitality, and just added to our trip! A little further from North Goa, where the action lies, nevertheless, the place was a great investment and we all had a wonderful time.

We visited the famous landmarks and all the major attractions during the day in Goa. Wanting relive our school trip days, we ended up going to every place and clicking our pictures to mark our presence. This included Aguada Fort, Dona Paula, Mangueshi Temple and even Bom Jesus Basillica!

Since we hadn’t explored South Goa ever, we made an effort to witness the stunning Dhudhsagar falls, surrounded by lush greenery and gorgeous view of the rail track. We wanted to also visit Vasco De Gama, and therefore devoted an entire day to parasailing, kayaking and many other adventure sports!

Apart from the regular Baga Beach, we also ended up hanging out Bagmalo beach and Butterfly beach – which were not that crowded and therefore proved to be a great option for spending the day for sunbathing!

There is definitely one thing that remains underrated in Goa and that is Casinos! Of course, you aren’t in Vegas but Dunes Casino definitely gives you some Vegas feel and offers a place for unwinding yourself. Another nigh attraction in Goa is Gatby’s club! Goa cannot be complete without dancing your night away and that is only possible at a place with great music. Gatsby’s club is certainly a must visit for this.

Our 6 day trip to Goa was not just fun but memorable! If given an option, I would like to experience my days in Goa again. The place is an absolute bliss- replete with unforgettable moments and adventures, something you would always look forward to!
