1. Betaab Valley
<p>The beautiful valley in Kashmir is just named after a movie Betaab. The star cast of the movie included Sunny Deol and Amrita Singh. After being named after a movie this place gained more popularity. This destination is located at a distance of 15 km from Pahalgam in Anantnag district in the state of Jammu and Kashmir. Many Bollywood movies are shot at this destination because of the splendid view offered by it. This place is even regarded as a shelter of heaven.<br /> </p>
2. Kudremukh
<p>In Kannada language, Kudremukh means horse facing. The peak actually looks like the face of a horse and because of this reason; it got its name Kudremukh. As being approached by the Samse village it was also called as Samseparvata. After Mullayangiri and Baba Budangiri, Kudremukh comes in the list of highest peaks. Whether we talk about the scenic beauty of the mouth watering food everything is perfect at this place.<br /> </p>
3. Kempty Falls
<p>This place is blessed with a serene environment and a lot of scenic beauty. This place got its name for the tea parties organized by Britishers. This location was regularly visited by them and camping was a part of their visit. The name Kempty came out from the camp-tea. A pond is formed naturally by the steam which is a huge enclosure. This pond is formed at the footsteps of the fall.<br /> </p>
4. Dhuandhar Falls
<p>This place offers the most spectacular view which you cannot even think of. This location got its name Dhuadhar due to a specific reason. This waterfall got its name because of the vapor like showers produced by it. The waterfall is present among the Marble rocks. Dhuadhar is formed by combining two words of Hindi that is Dhua and Dhar. The meaning of Dhua is smoke and Dhar means to flow. So in all this is a waterfall which gives the effect of smoke which is formed by vapors. Thus because of this reason, this fall is named as Dhuadhar falls.<br /> </p>
5. Havelock Island
<p>Havelock Island is among the largest islands that comprise of a chain of islands. It is present in the east of Great Andaman in the Andaman Island. This island is 41 km northeast of Port Blair. This place is one of the most beautiful places present in India. This island is named after Henry Havelock who was a British general. At this place, there is a decline of the tribal population because of post colonization by the Britishers. With the passing time, this place is among the favorites of the British Officers for relaxation. Whenever they take leave from the work they try spending their time at this place.<br /> </p>
