About Benavente
Benavente is a town and district in the north of the area of Zamora, in the independent network Castile and Leon of Spain. It has around 20,000 occupants. Found north of the capital on an essential interchanges center point, it was repopulated by King Ferdinand II of Leon, who likewise granted it law-codes a fuero in 1167.
