Rupert Museum

The Rupert Historical center features the remarkable private craftsmanship gathering of Anton and Huberte Rupert.

Situated in the chronicled town of Stellenbosch, the craftsmanship historical center is set among pleasant vineyards and oak trees on the banks of the Eersterivier.

The rich building, which was authorized by Huberte Rupert in 2003, supplements the compositional history, characteristic excellence and wine culture of the Stellenbosch zone.

The Rupert Historical center houses more than 350 works, and can be viewed as the chief accumulation of contemporary South African workmanship from the period 1940 to 1970.

The prevalent mediums showed are sketches, models and embroidered works of art.
