It is a college town in South Africa's Western Cape region. It's encompassed by the vineyards of the Cape Winelands and the bumpy nature stores of Jonkershoek and Simonsberg.
The town's oak-shaded roads are fixed with bistros, boutiques and workmanship displays. Cape Dutch design gives a feeling of South Africa's Dutch pioneer history, as do the Town Historical center's period houses and gardens.The soils of Stellenbosch run from dim alluvium to mud.
This, joined with the very much depleted, bumpy landscape and Mediterranean atmosphere, demonstrate amazing for viticulture. Summers are dry and warm to sweltering, with some February and Walk days ascending to more than 40 °C 104 °F.
