Sir Colin Meads Statue

Sir Colin is, really, the maximum iconic New Zealander these days, seemed with the aid of many as New Zealand’s finest ever rugby participant. Not best became he a legendary All Black 1957-seventy one however he is a legendary man who represents the best, sincere, hardworking Kiwi bloke, a man who has unselfishly given his time to masses of charitable causes. People worldwide respect and recognize Sir Colin, and as a metropolis, we agree with it's time to honour and pay tribute to ‘Pinetree’.

Come along and have a good time Te Kuiti and All Black legend Sir Colin Meads as we pay tribute to this fantastic guy. The statue will officially be unveiled at 1:30pm via Sir Colin Meads accompanied by way of the opening of The Meads Brothers Exhibition. The 1.5 x existence length bronze sculpture has been designed and made with the aid of Auckland artist Natalie Stamilla who created the sculpture of All Black excellent Michael Jones at Eden Park.
