About Palazzo Venier dei Leoni

Palazzo Venier dei Leoni was likely started in the 1750s by designer Lorenzo Boschetti.It is an incomplete palace.A display exists in the Museo Correr, Venice.

The Palazzo Venier dei Leoni, home of the Peggy Guggenheim Collection, is a long, low structure, one story high.

Its lines are so clean and its walls so gleamingly white that many visitors assume it must have been built during the last century.

The collection was taken over by the Guggenheim Foundation, palazzo transformed into a modern museum with cool, white interiors.

The Peggy Guggenheim Collection, with its celebrated collection of modern art.

Evening events can take place any day, except Tuesdays, as an exclusive occasion from 6:30 p.m. onwards for private view, for gala and buffet dinners, cocktail receptions, corporate events.
