About Dublin Castle
Brought up in the mid-thirteenth century on the site of a Viking settlement, Dublin Castle served for a stunning time cross as the focal station of English, and later British, the relationship in Ireland.
In 1922, after Ireland's flexibility, Dublin Castle was offered over to the new Irish government.
