About Christ Church

Christ Church, Bray is within the Church of Ireland parish of Bray, County Wicklow located on Church Road on a upward thrust, previously called the Rock of Bray, at the back of Bray Town Hall. The church became consecrated in 1863 on St James' Day, 25 July. It is built from nearby granite in a simple French style however with numerous features, in particular home windows, that may had been derived from Irish medieval origins.
