Upper Fort has a fortress on the top at a tallness of 1,976 feet secured by three outside lines of stronghold. This upper part is a polygon that doesn't have courses of action for a battalion. There is just a single method to ascend the upper fortification, which is just by the rough crisscross way through the stones. On the eastern side of the principle tower of the stronghold, a fresco of Indian banner is available.
On, outside the fortress a sanctuary, a few leftovers of profound water pools and cells are as yet present. Inside the fortress, there are numerous solid structures and water supply from the dams worked in the fissure of the stones. Between 1823 and 1864, the Nawab of Kurnool, Muzzaffar Khan was detained in this fortification for his significant other's murder.
