About Ulsoor Lake

Situated on north-eastern piece of the bangalore city The Ulsoor Lake is a popular visitor place and excursion spot of Bangalore. The lake was then known as Halsur or Alasur when it was developed by Kempe Gowda II in the second century. The Ulsoor Constructed in Dravidian style the lake is acclaimed for its greenery and sailing.
