Saraswati Mantap

Saraswati Mantap is one of the popular and pious shrine of Goddess Saraswati which resides on the temple of Mookambika in the district of Kollur, Karnataka. The place gets crowded with devotees on the period of Naatri festival in the ninth day.

It is believed that if a child starts to begin their initial studies it is considered to be very auspicious and pious.
