
About Kinnerasani Wildlife Sanctuary
This wildlife sanctuary is prevalently known as Deer Park and is home to different wild creatures, winged animals and reptiles. It shapes some portion of the Dandakaranya Forests and for the most part has southern dry blended deciduous timberlands, fields, dry teak woodlands and dry bamboo brakes. The haven is situated on the correct bank of the Kinnerasani River and sprawls over a territory of around 635.40 sq km.This asylum is home to creatures like cheetal, chinkara, sambar and wild pigs. Gaur, jackal, hyena, jaguar, tiger, sloth bear and dark buck are a portion of alternate creatures that can be seen in the asylum. A portion of the normal types of feathered creatures found in the haven are pea fowl, quails, wilderness fowl, partridge, greenish blue, spoonbill and pigeon.
