About Jaganmohan Palace

The Jaganmohan Palace in Mysore is one of the most established structures in Mysore. This Palace is increasingly that 150 years of age. Like the Mysore Palace this Palace too is a delightful and decorative Palace worked by the Kings of Mysore. In the 150 years of its reality this Palace has seen ious critical occasions that have been instrumental in molding the predetermination of the advanced State of Mysore today known as Karnataka. This Palace was worked in 1861 and was at first a luxurious wooden one and was being utilized by the Royal family when a fire obliterated it in 1897. The Royal family lived in this castle till the primary Mysore Palace was fabricated. The crowning liturgy of Krishnaraja Wodeyar IV was held here in 1902. The then Viceroy and Governor-General of India, Lord Curzon, went to this service.
