About ISKCON Temple

Sri Radha Krishna Temple has deities of Radha and Krishna positioned at Rajajinagar, in North Bangalore, Karnataka, India. It is certainly one of the largest ISKCON temples inside the world. The temple is a big cultural complex that become inaugurated in 1997 through Dr. Shankar Dayal Sharma. The project become conceived and executed by Madhu Pandit Dasa. Around 1976, devotees from unique elements of India and the arena had initiated sports of ISKCON in one of a kind parts of South India like Bangalore, Hubli, Madras, and so on.

Sankirtans within the streets, enrolling Life Members, arranging packages inside the homes, and arranging big public programs in pandals have been being carried out. The society become registered inside the year 1978 under the Karnataka Societies Registration Act, 1960. The objects of the society are derived from the Seven Purposes of ISKCON as said through Srila Prabhupada. In May 1997, Bangalore ISKCON Temple changed into inaugurated via the 9th president of India - Shankar Dayal Sharma.
