About Gauri Shankar Mandir

Gauri Shankar Mandir, located in Bhiwani, was built in 1951 via Seth Kirorimal. There are three idols inside the temple, which consist of the idol of Gauri and Shankar inside the middle and on each the side, idol of Laxmi Narayan and Radha Krishna. On the pillars, writings of Bhagvad Gita, celestial songs and pronouncing of saints and poets are engraved. Moreover, visitors also can see the carvings of numerous Hindu mythological scenes on the walls and pillars of the temple.

During the eve of Shrawan Shukla Purnima till Janmashtami, a massive number of locals and travelers go to the temple as jhankis are exhibited.
