Dandi is a town along the shores of the Arabian Sea and is prominent for the Salt Satyagraha drove by Mahatma Gandhi. One of the real attractions of this town is a column called Kirti that is accepted to have been built in the memory of Mahatma Gandhi. Another fascination of the town is the Safe Villa, which was developed in 1961 and filled in as the home of Mahatma Gandhi.
There is a library and a historical center in the estate that show different ancient rarities and pictures having a place with Gandhiji. The town additionally has a dargah called Mai Saheba Mazar.
