Chopta Tungnath Trek

Chopta Tungnath trek is a generally unexplored trekking goal, which is known for its entrancing beautiful magnificence. The trek towards Tungnath, the 3 from Tungnath takes you to Chandrashila, which is arranged at an elevation of 4,000 meters above ocean level. Chopta is honored with rich widely ied vegetation as it is situated amidst thick woodlands, with an excellent floor of rhododendrons, scattered by deodar and pine trees.

Amid the first and half kilometers, you will go through an ocean of brilliantly hued rhododendrons and silver oak woods. Following this the vista opens to green elevated glades which take you to the Tungnath sanctuary. As indicated by legends, the arms of Lord Shiva are accepted to have risen here. On trekking a kilometer encourage ahead, you will come to the Chandrashila top from where you get fantastic perspectives of the snow topped pinnacles of the Himalayas flickering in the sun beams. The verdant glades of the locale make it a perfect spot for outdoors as well.
