went to chennai through welcome tours. liaised with prasanna in chennai. vehicle condition wasn't the same as shown in whataspp. booking of rooms wasn't on time. driver, on occasions, gave unnecessary comments such as how much to tip. driver didn't have initiative to come near to the temple entrance and we had to walk on the scorching hot floor. this company made brought us to the chennai airport much earlier and we ended with waiting in the airport for more than 3 hours! disappointing service o

Our hotel was in the downtown area... not many good places to walk to, but the hotel itself had terrific accommodations.

Interesting experience but certain streets blocked with vehicles and bikes , very difficult walking from one side to the other, also so much rubbish littered everywhere. A lot of beggars with temporary accommodation! shed like sheet covered areas, plus their old tv's hooked up dangerously to hanging electrical cables in the side streets. Beach areas interesting but again littered. River edges filthy with rubbish. If Chennai undertook a refuse collection service by the Government maybe I would
