About Hennef
Hennef is a city in the Rhein Sieg district in North Rhine Westphalia with around one hundred villages at the river Sieg. The wide variety of villages is even higher, if you consider the districts which might be grouped into localities. That's why Hennef is nicknamed the City of 100 Villages. The region call Hennef might be derived from Hanfbach, which become formerly known as Hanapha.
