Bordeaux Cathedral

The cathedral was blessed by Pope Urban II in 1096. Of the first Romanesque structure, just a divider in the nave remains. The Royal Gate is from the mid thirteenth century, while whatever remains of the development is for the most part from the fourteenth fifteenth hundreds of years.

The building is a national landmark of France. A different ringer tower, the Tour Pey-Berland, remains by the house of God. The site is served by line An and line B of the tramway de Bordeaux at Station Hôtel de Ville.The house of prayer is home to the Marcadé accumulation, which comprises of a gathering of forty-two enlightenments, among different articles artistic creations, models, formal vestments and silver items. It was given to Bordeaux Cathedral by Canon Marcadé in 1947.
