Situated in the eastern piece of Bhutan, Pema Gatshel Dzonkhag is a notable locale occupied with Tshanglas, known for its religious contribution, conventions, celebrations and people music. The festival of Tshechu has begun in this locale from the mid 1980's with the development of Dzong.
