About Karosahan Festival

The festival is a tribute to the neighborhood's old and trusty karosa which has been the rancher's partner in conveying yields and create to the market. The celebration is a tribute to the nearby's old and trusty karosa which has been the agriculturist's partner in conveying harvests and deliver to the market. A karosa is a stopgap sled typically made of bamboo and pulled by a carabao or water wild ox. These days, the humble karosa has been changed into fabulous sled conveying vivid showcases. A parade of brilliant karosas conveying delightful ladies and the region's abundance is the headliner of the celebration.

Celebrated every 25th  April by the district of Nueva Valencia. The karosa is a neighborhood innovation that has helped shape the agri-based economy of the district. Made generally of a bamboo and pulled by the helper animal weight, the karosa has transported numerous items from the homestead to the focal point of populace. Before it gets consigned to the history books as relics of days gone by, the karosa has been changed focal point of the festival, finish with bright and brilliant show of the bounties of the land. This is the Karosahan, a pleased convention where delightful ladies go after consideration with the joyously finished karosas with their heap of treats.
