Not good enough. 1. Indica car old - over 165k km run. The suspension gone was Roller coaster rides. No music CD player radio etc. So boring rides. 2. Driver could not understand English much. I managed with my knowledge of Malayalam. 3. Hotels booked were a nightmare. Except Hotel Presidency all other places had issues - Hotel Igloo worst. No fan lights not working bathroom n linen smelling bad. Breakfast pathetic. I had to call and scream at executives of Overall Travel n ask for change of hotel. At Kumarakom at 2 am night electricity gone no ac only mosquitoes. At Tiger Roare lift was non functional. Overall a mixed experience. So pls don't recommend OVERALL.TRAVEL. Regards. Marian

It was excellent and arrangement made by Travel Agent is very good, i recommend this to everyone, whoever visit.
