• * 20% advance to be paid for booking of the total tour package cost.
• * Airfare/Transport fare to be paid full at one time in advance.
• * Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
• * Retention Amount ies as per the number of days left before your package start date.
• * Refund will be made within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
• Package Excludes: -
•  Air Fare / Train Fare.
•  Any meals other than those specified in ‘Cost Includes’.
•  Expenses of personal nature such as tips, telephone calls, laundry, liquor etc.
•  Porterage during trekking.
•  Entrance fees during sightseeing.
•  Destination Guide.
•  Any item of personal nature like Telephone, Tips, Donations at Temples, Extended Stay or Travelling due to any reason.
• THE CUSTOMER HAS TO BEAR THE PROPORTIONATE TOUR COST IN CASE OF EXTENDED STAY OR TRAVELLING DUE TO ANY REASON. WE SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CHANGE IN THE ITINERARY DUE TO LANDSLIDES, FLIGHT CANCELLATIONS, WEATHER CONDITIONS OR ANY UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES. THE ADDITIONAL COST INCURRED WILL BE IN ADDITION TO THE COST.
