Day wise Itinerary
Day 1 : Airport to Sigiriya

Pick up Guests from Bandaranayake International Airport. Leave to Sigiriya. Visit to Sigiriya Lion Rock. Sigiriya or Sinhagiri Lion Rock is an ancient rock fortress located in the northern Matale District near the town of Dambulla in the Central Province, Sri Lanka. The name refers to a site of historical and archaeological significance that is dominated by a massive column of rock nearly 200 metres 660 ft high. According to the ancient Sri Lankan chronicle the Culavamsa, this site was selected by King Kasyapa 477 – 495 CE for his new capital. He built his palace on the top of this rock and decorated its sides with colourful frescoes. On a small plateau about halfway up the side of this rock he built a gateway in the form of an enormous lion. The name of this place is derived from this structure —Sīhāgiri, the Lion Rock. The capital and the royal palace was abandoned after the king's death. It was used as a Buddhist monastery until the 14th century. 1Sigiriya today is a UNESCO listed World Heritage Site. It is one of the best preserved examples of ancient urban planning.


Day 2 : Dambulla to Matale to Kandy

Day 3 : Kandy to Sri Baktha Hanuman Temple Ramboda to Tea factory-Nuwaraeliya

Day 4 : Nuwaraeliya t oseetha amman temple to Hakgala

After Breakfast Visit to Lake Gregorey and Pink Post Office Lake Gregory sometimes also called Gregory Lake or Gregory Reservoir, is a reservoir in heart of the tea country hill city, Nuwara Eliya, Sri Lanka. Lake Gregory was constructed during the period of British Governor Sir William Gregory in 1873. 2 The lake and the surrounding area make up the Gregory Lake Area. The Nuwara Eliya Pink Post Office is located in the centre of Nuwara Eliya and is one of the oldest post offices in Sri Lanka. The other four are Peradeniya Botanical Garden, Henarathgoda Botanical Garden, Mirijjawila Botanical Garden and Seetawaka Botanical Garden. It is the second largest garden in Sri Lanka. 1 The garden is contiguous to Hakgala Strict Nature Reserve.

Day 5 : Nuwaraeliya to Colombo to Airport
