Rise to a beautiful morning and enjoy your breakfast. Get ready and set out for local sightseeing. Munnar is situated 1600 metres above sea level at the confluence of three mountain streams- Mudrapuzha, Nallathanni and Kundale. This majestic hill station was once the summer resort of the British government in South India. Local sightseeing of Munnar includes visit to Mattupetty Dam, Kundale Lake and Echo point. In the afternoon we proceed to Rajamalai. There is a possibility for you to spot ‘Nilgiri Thars’ here, the rarest species of mountain goat. After enjoying a leisurely evening in the stunning environs, return to hotel for a relaxed sleep.
After having morning breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed to Thekkady. Thekkady is home to famous Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary where you can see nomadic tribes of wild elephants, boar, deer, and you may also spot the fierce Indian tiger. Check in at the hotel upon arrival and relax. In the evening you can go for a boat cruise in Periyar Lake to watch wild animals or you may opt for a visit to Spice Plantation (Optional). Later return back to hotel and sleep peacefully.

It is a world famous bird watching centre that promises an intriguing experience.
