Call Center staff is good....... but ground reality differ. One need to be smart and cant rely fully to a tour operator. Lots of things which a planner need to tell to consumer.

They did a fantastic job with all the planning. both for Australia and New Zealand. will definitely consider them again for my next travel. Very efficient management.
