It was a bitter experience with Make My Trip, as when we reached the destination, the Itinerary was changed without even informing before hand. The schedule was so hectic that we were shepherd like animals disturbing our comfort. Some of the tour package members were honeymooners and they were given separate seats in the aircraft, which was again very bad. We had our back flight to India on 20 May, 2013 at 2.00 AM and as per your trip manager here we have to checkout our hotels on 19 May at 12 PM. Since we don't have any scheduled tour or sight seeing on that day, we had to sit on road without hotel in this foreign land. The adviser MR. Indrajeet here was not at all cooperative in any matter and had changed things on his own and asked us again and again to talk to our seller. I think you have lost some potential future guests, which could have brought some more guest if the tour would have been good.
