I appreciate that U care for a feed back from ur clients. Let me share an honest feedback which I would definitely have forwarded to U even if it was not solicited.
The package offered to me by Make India Journey was two night 3 day Corbett tour with Hotel stay and all meals inclusive and a Jungle Safari at Corbett, minus the transportation to and from Delhi. The accommodation offered to me was Good and the room booked was also comfortable. The resort turned out to be Serene, Quiet and right in the middle of a jungle with pristine raw beauty all around, albeit with all modern luxuries. The food offered at the resort was also good and the staff was quiet friendly and accommodative of our requests. The only hitch was there were no mobile connectivity, and one had to borrow mobiles of hotel staff to speak to someone or go out in the village to make calls.
The deal turned sour because the Jungle Safari that eventually materialised was not in the jungle as I had asked for, instead it was a landscape tour in an open gypsy, well outside and much away from the Corbett Park. The fact that this information that the safari is being given for another place was never communicated to me. The information was revealed to me only when I was actually taken on a ride.
The arrangements were not smooth and the local contact who was to arrange the trip sublet to someone, who further sublet it to someone else. This was done in the night time when the vehicle was to come at 0530hrs in the morning. Well, the vehicle never came at time, and after numerous calls to various go between contacts, including Make India Journey's 24x7 helpline, the vehicle arrived and took us for the safari, which turned out to be outside the Park. While I contacted the helpline, no one answered correctly as to which safari I was booked for. The local Contact spoke rudely to me and so did Make India Journey's Mr. Pulkit, who I spoke to later, who said " Sir, U are booked for a jungle safari, it is a jungle road, dont expect roads like Delhi NCR. I never said that I will give you Corbett Park Safari" . All this talk was very rude and crass. There was no response to various messages and calls that I gave on the helpline.
The fact that transparency was absent when Jungle Safari was booked as I was asked for photo ID and names etc, but instead handed over a joy ride in gypsy elsewhere was in bad taste. Worst was the way Mr. Pulkit spoke to me. He was rude and indifferent while talking to a customer when confronted on the issue.
I dont know whether I would plan my next holidays with you or would recommend anyone else. I wish that the Agents U propose inculcate transparency as a policy so that customers dont feel cheated. Had I been told that Corbett safari would be outside the park and is not possible at such short notice, I would not have felt cheated and would have been appreciative. The entire package was excellent and we enjoyed thoroughly barring the episode. Then also, had the local contact told me about safari details, I would have appreciated. Instead he asked us to be ready at 0530 hrs in morning and himself turned up late. This puts off a holidayer who gets up in wee hours and then gets duped.
I hope something is done at ur end to ensure ur people are better trained and speak truth about what they give.
