Lock 19 - Scotts Mills - Trent-Severn Waterway

As a piece of these imperative ventures, Parks Canada will supplant the dam at Scotts Mills Lock 19 in Peterborough.

The unique Scotts Mills bolt and dam at Whitlas Rapids were worked in the vicinity of 1837 and 1844. From re-work to reclamation, both dam and bolt have seen numerous progressions throughout the years, including the movement of the first dam to its momentum downstream location.
