Rubens House

Rubenshuis is the past home of the painter Pieter Paul Rubens. and it is now a museum.The house was worked by Rubens himself as both a place to live and besides as a studio for him to work in.

The building was seriously before healing work that began in 1937 however with some careful work, the building has now returned to its past brilliance.

This is the house where Rubens created his masterpieces, his children played in the garden and he received his high, noble and even royal guests. At his peak, Rubens could not cope alone and led a team of professional artists, and in the spare time, a team was working hard on his paintings in the studio.
