Established by Thubten Jigme Norbu, sibling of His Holiness the fourteenth Dalai Lama of Tibet, the Tibetan Mongolian Buddhist Cultural Center and Kumbum Chamtse Ling Temple are the most seasoned and biggest focuses of Buddhism in the United States. Set up with the point of sustaining and safeguarding the rich culture and legacy of Mongolia and Tibet, the middle highlights a few hallowed places, stupas, figures, and petition wheels.

The thumping heart of the middle is the Kumbum Chamtse Ling Temple signifying "Field of Compassion" in Tibetan and living arrangements for the priests. Guests can appreciate guided visits through the inside, which incorporates stops at a banquet hall, extraordinary altar room, and book shop, allowing guests to take in more about the old culture of Buddhism en route.
