About Stranahan House Museum
Stranahan House is a notable house exhibition hall and the most seasoned surviving structure in Broward County. Worked in 1901, the house was first built as an exchanging post and later changed over into a living arrangement for the pioneers of Fort Lauderdale, Frank and Ivy Stranahan. Guests to the flawlessly reestablished and kept up house can find out about its legacy and the part it played in the historical backdrop of Fort Lauderdale on every day guided visits, for example, the River Ghost Tour, which incorporates a pontoon ride on the New River.
