Rainbow Falls

Rainbow Falls is a waterfall situated in Hilo, Hawaii. It is 80 ft 24 m tall and just about 100 ft in distance across. The falls are a piece of the Hawai'i State Parks. There is no expense to see the falls. At Rainbow Falls, the Wailuku River races into an extensive pool beneath. The canyon is covered by rich, thick nonnative tropical rainforest and the turquoise shaded pool is circumscribed by wonderful, albeit nonnative, wild ginger. Monstera is likewise in wealth.

The falls are available by means of Wailuku River State Park, Waianuenue Avenue, and are best observed from the recreation center's survey stage. Referred to in the Hawaiian dialect as Waianuenue, the falls streams over a characteristic magma give in, the fanciful home to Hina, an old Hawaiian goddess. Rainbow Falls gets its name from the way that, on bright mornings around 10AM, rainbows can be found in the fog hurled by the cascade.
