Pabst Theater

The Pabst Theater is one of Milwaukee's design diamonds. Worked at the turn of the twentieth century, the venue is worked in a style reminiscent of Europe's best musical drama houses with a beguiling Baroque inside, including a fabulous light fixture and an Italian Carrara marble staircase. Included on the National Register of Historic Places, the performance center is as yet utilized for stage and melodic creations. A well known related fascination is the Pabst Mansion close to the University of Wisconsin's Milwaukee grounds. Worked in 1893 for the well off Pabst family, it's striking for its Flemish Renaissance Revival style with period furniture and stylistic theme.
