Museum of Local History

For any individual who needs to take in more about existence in Alameda County, an outing to the Museum of Local History isn't to be missed. The gallery will take all of you the path back to the begin, when Fremont started to thrive in the 1840s, and will then walk you through time until the Second World War.

The building that the gallery is housed in is really the old Mission Fire Station of Fremont, which is something of a recorded relic itself, and you can stroll through displays devoted to the neighborhood schools, the filmmaking business, and even shows about the inhabitant widely ied vegetation. These incorporate fossils found in Bell Quarry that go back hundreds of years.
