Lake Willoughby is a lake in the town of Westmore in Orleans County in the upper east segment of Vermont, United States. The lake's southern end is encompassed by the Willoughby State Forest. This state backwoods incorporates Mount Pisgah, Mount Hor, and Bartlett Mountain Vermont. Another open shoreline is situated at the base of the South Bay of the Lake.
The town of Westmore is situated on the east side, at the conversion zone of Mill Creek which depletes the waters of Long Pond. Numerous bungalows and houses are situated on North-East bank of the lake. Willoughby Lake has an open shoreline that extends 0.4 kilometers 0.25 mi on the north shore of the lake, or in the zone of the lake outlet.
