High Knob Lookout Tower

A fresh out of the plastic new perception tower with a long history opened in 2014 on High Knob Lookout Tower. At a height of 4,223 feet, the first pinnacle worked in the 30s torched 40 years after the fact. In 1978, Flatwoods Job Corp. assembled another three story tower that met its death by fire related crime in 2007. Because of a devoted group of volunteers in association with the Clinch Ranger District, another, flame resistant pinnacle to compliment and grandstand the fabulous perspective of 5 states was raised. It has turned into an image of expectation, similar to the amazing phoenix ascending from the slag, offering local people and guests alike an unparalleled view from Stone Mountain.The High Knob region of Stone Mountain shapes one of the best regular regions in the eastern United States.
