Demarest Lloyd State Park

Demarest Lloyd State Park is an open amusement territory situated on Buzzards Bay in the town of Dartmouth, Massachusetts. The recreation center's 200 sections of land 81 ha incorporate both a sea shoreline and ocean side marshlands close to the mouth of the Slocums River. The state stop is overseen by the Massachusetts Department of Conservation and Recreation.

The recreation center's 600-yard sandy shoreline on Buzzards Bay is noted for its quiet surf, shallow profundities, and warm waters amid summer months. Every year it attracts many visitors from different parts of country, the marshlands are home to egrets, herons, ospreys, terns and falcons. The recreation center offers swimming, bird watching, picnicking, angling, non-mechanized sculling, and strolling trails.
