Chester Rows

Chester Rows are well known among visitors and visitors it attracts many visitors every year. Among Chester's most unmistakable highlights are its galleried walkways, with their numerous shops running the length of the old stone and half-timbered structures, Dating from the fourteenth century, the Chester Rows advanced from houses and shops fabricated mostly before and incompletely over heaps of rubble left from the Roman vestiges. These lines are found in each of the four of the town's fundamental lanes which, following the Roman town design, meet at right points at the market cross. The displays are at first floor level in Eastgate, Bridge, and Watergate Streets, while in Northgate Street they're for the most part at ground level.
