The Life in a Lens Museum of Photography and Old Times is a museum in Matlock Bath, Derbyshire, England. Opened in 2001, the museum is devoted to providing the history of photography from 1839 to around the start of the digital age. Photography has roots in far off antiquity with the discovery of two critical standards, that of the camera obscura picture projection and the fact that a few substances are visibly altered by using exposure to mild, as determined by way of observation.
