About Gamla stan

Gamla Stan, the Old Town, is one of the biggest and best safeguarded medieval downtown areas in Europe, and one of the premier attractions in Stockholm.

This is the place Stockholm was established in 1252. People who are the religious person can see some delightful houses of worship and historical centers in Gamla Stan, including Sweden's national church building Stockholm Cathedral and the Nobel Museum.

The biggest of the attractions in the region is the Royal Palace, one of the biggest royal residences on the planet with more than 600 rooms.
