Palm House

In the Center of the park stands the Palm House, similar to a sparkling fine art in glass and cast press. It was demonstrated on the Crystal Palace in London and has been a well-known goal since 1878. In a territory estimating just about 1,000 square meters, you can appreciate the tropical warmth and outlandish plants, including palm trees.

For 170 years the Garden Society of Gothenburg has been an oasis of greenery in the heart of Gothenburg, a place to relax and be invigorated.

Today it is extraordinary compared to other protected nineteenth-century stops in Europe, where moving yards, notable structures and decorative greenery enclosures highlighting colorful and indigenous plants take you back to the brilliant period of cultivation.

The general outskirts and nineteenth-century environment set the tone. In 1992 the Garden Society of Gothenburg turned into the main stop in Sweden to be given recorded building status for its social legacy.
