As the news says, the plan is to make it a world class city with the most modern amenities some of the very high end restaurants and the best of education and health. A single inch of land would not be acquired for this as it comes under the Public Private Partnership.

3. Location


The new city would lie next to Gurgaon-Manesar in its north and Aravalli in its east. It will be connected to all the major urban attractions, national highway and Kundli Manesar Expressway. 

A lot of planning and roadmapping still has to be worked on such as network map, metro routing, socio and economic infrastructure and feasibility of the plan still the work is all set for 2040 master plan. Besides any of the master plan implementation the consultant is required to work on zoning regulations in various department like control regulations, height, ground coverage and floor area coverage. There are four major factors of consideration which will be the building block of the city: social acceptability, economic viability, environmental sustainability and financial feasibility. Till then delhiites have to keep hanging to Hauz Khas and CP because good things take time.
