Parque Garcia Sanabria

Parque Garcia Sanabria is a public urban park in the core of Santa Cruz de Tenerife out of Tenerife. It was initiated in 1926. It is a substantial garden region, joined with wellsprings and structural gatherings. The recreation center it is recorded as a Site of social enthusiasm by the Government of the Canary Islands.

Its name gets from the Mayor Garcia Sanabria, who endorsed its development. It is the biggest urban park in the Canary Islands. It has a territory of 67,230 square meters 723,700 sq ft. In 1973 a global sculptural piece occurred there. A portion of the models, thirteen or thereabouts, were shown on that event to decorate all corners and strolls in the recreation center.

The park's floral clock was manufactured in Switzerland by Favag and was a blessing from the Consul of Denmark to the island of Tenerife of every 1958. The blossom clock is flanked by two staircases behind which is the focal wellspring. It is described by always being planted with blooms consistently. By the recreation center is the Plaza Fernando Pessoa which is viewed as the main zodiacal square of the Canary Islands and most likely of Spain. The square is a portrayal of the astral circumstance at the season of the establishing of Lisbon.
