Stratenec

On the highest point of the westernmost slope of Javorník, Stratenec, at a height of 1,055 meters above ocean level stands a wooden perception tower. There are many views which you will admire and seeing deforested mountain edges of Stratenec, Hontín-Vsetín good countries and the Moravian-Silesian Beskids on the Moravian side and Javorníky, Strážov Mountains, Súlovské rocks and Malá Fatra on the Slovak side.

The pinnacle was worked under the undertaking "Traveler course Javorník" which included towns of Papradno and Karolinka. The perception tower is unreservedly available lasting through the year.

From the pinnacle, you can appreciate Slovak and furthermore Moravian nature. You can achieve it from a few unique bearings – from the entertainment focus Kohútka - Portáš and in addition Kasárne or the town of Papradno-Podjavorník or from Velké Karlovice and Malé Karlovice.
