About Church of St. Elisabeth

Authoritatively known as the Church of St Elizabeth of Hungary, however ordinarily alluded to just as 'the Blue Church' for evident reasons, this is Bratislava's most engaging workmanship nouveau building. Its style, now and again known as Hungarian Secession, is rehashed in the adjacent language structure school on Grösslingová Street.

Both were composed by Budapest modeler Edmund Lechner and implicit the mid-twentieth century the congregation was blessed on 11 October 1913. Both the inside and outside of the congregation are painted in shades of light blue and enriched with blue majolica; even the rooftop is tiled with blue-coated earthenware production. The structure fuses a 36.8-meter round pinnacle.
