The Elite Holidays u2013 Terms and Conditions / Refund & Payment Pocily

1. Introduction

Welcome to The Elite Holidays. By booking any travel service or holiday package with us, the

customer agrees to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. These terms govern all

bookings, reservations, and services provided by The Elite Holidays.

2. Pricing Policy

All prices for travel packages, hotels, flights, transfers, and other services are subject to availability

and may change without prior notice. The final price will be confirmed only at the time of booking

confirmation. Government taxes, visa charges, and other statutory fees are payable by the

customer unless explicitly mentioned in the package inclusions.

3. Booking and Payment Policy

u2022 A token amount of INR 20,000 is required to confirm the booking for land packages.

u2022 At least 30% of the total package cost must be paid within 5u20136 days of booking confirmation.

u2022 The remaining balance must be paid at least 30 days prior to the travel date.

u2022 For bookings made within 30 days of travel, full payment is required at the time of booking

confirmation.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation charges will apply as follows:

u2022 30 days or more before departure: 30% of the total tour cost.

u2022 29u201315 days before departure: 50% of the total tour cost.

u2022 14u20138 days before departure: 75% of the total tour cost.

u2022 7 days or less before departure: 100% cancellation charges (no refund).

5. Amendments and Changes

Any request for changes in itinerary, travel dates, hotels, or other services is subject to availability

and may incur additional charges as per the service provideru2019s policies.

6. Travel Documents

Customers are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents including valid passports,

visas, health certificates, and travel insurance where applicable. Passports must typically be valid

for at least six months beyond the travel return date.

7. ThirdnParty Service Providers

The Elite Holidays acts as an intermediary between customers and service providers such as

airlines, hotels, transport companies, and tour operators. We are not responsible for delays,

cancellations, or service deficiencies caused by these providers.

8. Force Majeure

The Elite Holidays shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay in services caused by

events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions,

pandemics, strikes, war, or civil disturbances.

9. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide accurate information and quality services, The Elite Holidays shall not be

liable for any loss, injury, damage, or inconvenience caused during the travel period due to

circumstances beyond our control.

10. Jurisdiction

All disputes arising from bookings or services shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to

the jurisdiction of Indian courts.

Payment Policy

u00b7 For the land arrangements, we would need INR 20,000/- as token amount which you can pay through our Payment Gateway via Net Banking/ Credit Card/ Debit Card.

u00b7 For flights, Full Payment needs to be furnished through Net Banking or cash deposit as Airfare rates tend to fluctuate even many times during a single day.

u00b7 After making the token payment, you need to cover the 30% payment of the total package cost which can be made within 5-6 days through Net Banking, cash deposit or Cheque in our Bank.

u00b7 Remaining amount i.e. 70% of the total package cost needs to be furnished 1 month before the travel date.

u00b7 In case of urgent bookings, i.e. less than 1 month to travel date full amount needs to be paid in one go. Once the payments are received, you shall be acknowledged immediately via an e-mail/ Phone call.

u00b7 Your Payment Invoice & Vouchers shall be delivered to you electronically via E-mail. Vouchers are normally provided 7 days before the travel date.

Refund Policy

u00b7 The Package is Refundable

u00b7 Cancellation Fees if any will be discussed at the time of booking

u00b7 Flight fares and transportation Cancellation fee applies as per the time frame.

u00b7 Airlines Cancelation fees apply as per the Airlines Policy

u00b7 Visa and Service fees is Non-Refundable

u00b7 Above policies are subject to change without any prior notice and you will get the final policies by your booking agent.

Policy & Important Terms

u00b7 Note:- Minimum 6 month passport validity required for international travel.

u00b7 Tour can be cancelled or postpone due to natural calamities.

u00b7 No refund will be provided or tours will be re-scheduled in case of no-show.

u00b7 Early check in and late checkout is subject to the hotel availability.

u00b7 If there is a change in the assigned pick-up time or location then the same will be informed by the driver to guest.

u00b7 If there is any change in flight by airlines then tours and transfers rescheduling will not be done.

u00b7 Guest should arrive 15-20 mints prior in Hotel lobby for any tour or transfer.
